New Mayo Clinic Diet

The New Mayo Clinic diet has spread across various states and regions and is very popular. But the Mayo Clinic says that the diet with its name has not originated at the clinic and also not approved by Mayo clinic. However Mayo Clinic diet, as the myth continues from around 1940s, has proved itself so worthy that it is the main reason behind millions of pounds lost.

This is the diet that is supposed to be the Mayo clinic diet at various eating times:

Some suggested eatables:

Red onions, bell peppers, broccoli, radishes, cucumbers, green onions, spinach, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, chili (no beans) mayonnaise, lettuce, cheese, hot dogs, regular salad dressing, and green leaf vegetables.

It is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you stay on diet for 12 days and give a gap of one or two days before commencing it again. STAY ON DIET 12 DAYS AND STOP FOR 2 DAYS.

Though there has been much hype around Mayo Clinic Diet it has not yet been proved that it doesn’t work. However there is no guarantee that it works.
