The 3 day diet plan (also called three day diet) is a plan that is based on the idea of limiting the calorie consumption for over three days. The three day diet claims that one can lose up to ten pounds in 3 days. After finishing off with this plan, you will need to get back to your normal diet for at least the following four days.
The success of this diet is very limited. However it does show minimal effects when the time period of three days is considered. When you suddenly realize that you need to put down some weight for an occasion that is just seven days far and still want to stay healthy, may be you would have a look at the details of this diet.
