How to Get Good Health in Three Days?

The 3 day diet plan (also called three day diet) is a plan that is based on the idea of limiting the calorie consumption for over three days. The three day diet claims that one can lose up to ten pounds in 3 days. After finishing off with this plan, you will need to get back to your normal diet for at least the following four days.

The success of this diet is very limited. However it does show minimal effects when the time period of three days is considered. Instructions

The instructions for all the three days include:

  • Drinking four glasses of water or diet soda per day.
  • Adding herbs, pepper, salt, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar and ketchup if you care for flavors
  • Make sure that you do not do strenuous works, both physical and mental.

Diet plan for DAY 1:

BREAKFAST

  • Black Coffee or Tea (with not more than one or two table spoons of sugar)
  • Grapefruit or Juice – not more than half a glass.
  • A slice of toast with only One tablespoon of peanut butter.

LUNCH

  • Half a Cup of Tuna
  • A Slice of Toast
  • Black Coffee or Tea

DINNER

  • Lean red meat or chicken
  • One cup each of green beans and carrots
  • Regular vanilla ice cream
  • An apple

Diet plan for DAY 2:

BREAKFAST

  • Black Coffee or Tea
  • An Egg (boiled, omelet or scrambled).
  • Half of a banana.
  • A slice of toast

LUNCH

  • A cup of cottage cheese
  • Regular Saltine crackers – 8

DINNER

  • Beef franks – Two
  • A cup of broccoli or cabbage
  • Half a cup of carrots
  • Half of a banana
  • Half cup of vanilla ice cream

Diet plan for DAY 3:

BREAKFAST

  • Black Coffee or Tea
  • Regular saltine crackers – 5.
  • Cheddar cheese not more than an ounce.
  • An apple

LUNCH

  • A boiled egg
  • A slice of toast
  • Black Coffee or Tea

DINNER

  • A cup each of tuna, carrots, cauliflower, melon.
  • Half cup of regular vanilla ice cream.

Though in the beginning the diet seems ridiculous and tough, three days just fly by. Of course the mind needs to be kept busy so that it doesn’t worry or think too much about taking a quick diet. With proper advice many substances can be substituted to suit personal needs.
