1. Alcoholic Foods

This happens when the red blood cells clump together which causes small vessels to clot. This leads to the starvation of the oxygen tissues. 2. Caffeine-rich Foods
Foodstuffs rich in caffeine must be strictly avoided if you are suffering from inflammatory bowel problem. Caffeine irritates the gastrointestinal tract. This can lead to diarrhea and loose stools. These foods cause gas problems. They further increase bloating, abdominal pain and discomfort as the pressure builds up in the intestinal areas. Vegetables that are responsible for producing gas in the intestinal and stomach areas mostly come from the cabbage family, such as cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. Some other foods that can produce gas in the tracts of the intestines are beans, dried peas, lentils, onions, peppers, spicy meals, raw fruit juices as well as caffeinated and carbonated drinks like soda.

6. Dairy Foods
If you are lactose-intolerant, then milk and milk products may aggravate your problem, causing cramping, diarrhea and gas.
