Fruitarian diet is a that diet plan in which person will have to depend upon raw fruits. This is a pure vegetarian diet which has proved beneficial for losing weight.
Fruitarian Diet Plan:
There are seven different groups in which various fruits can be divided. These groups are:
- Sweet Fruits: This group comprises of bananas, melons, grapes, persimons
- Seeds: Sesame, squash, sunflower and pumpkin
- Acid Fruits: Includes all the citrus fruits, strawberries, pineapples, cranberries, and sour apples
- Nuts: Includes almonds, cashews, walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, beechnuts
- Subacid Fruits: These includes raspberries, sweet apples, sweet cherries, peaches, pears, apricots, mangoes, blackberries, blueberries
- Dried Fruits: Apples, raisins, cherries, bananas, cranberries, dates, figs.
- Oily Fruits: Includes olives, coconuts and avocados
One Day Meal Plan For Fruitarian Diet:
The meal plan of fruitarian diet will can be in following way:
- Early Morning (6:00Am – 9A.M).: You can have a lemon juice of 3 lemons as soon as you wake up. Raisins, melon and melon juice can be taken in unlimited quantity.
- In Midmorning ( 9:00 A. M. – 12:00 noon): You can have unlimited amount of fruits like apples, grapes, figs, beans, cucumber, pear .
- In Noon (1:00 – 3:00 PM): You can have oranges, apricots, papayas all in desired amount.
- In Afternoon (4:00 – 6:00 PM): You can have mangoes, strawberries, cherries, watermelon, tomatoes.
- In Evening (7:00 – 9:00 PM): You can have raspberries, blackberries and grapes.
- Late Evening Or Dinner (10:00 – 12:00AM): Watermelon. Raspberries, mangoes, tomatoes, pomegranates can be taken in desired quantity.
