Carb is the dieting term used for carbohydrates. Carbs refer to actual sugars and starches that are present in the diet. Carbs form an important part of our diet. Most of the people who are calorie conscious people try to avoid their intake in large quantity.
But, carbohydrates gives energy to our body so their intake is very necessary. So, there are low carb or no carb diets available.
List Of No Carb Diet Food:
The foods with no carb includes the following:
- Butter: Butter is an important ingredient of our diet which has a high fat content but no carbohydrates in it. Salted and unsalted butter can be used according to the requirement.
- Oils: Oils are also used frequently by us in our daily life. They are used in cooking, in salad dressing, to treat skin dryness etc. Just like butter they are also rich in fat but zero in carbohydrates.
- Fluids: Fluids like water, hydrates the body. They are responsible for removing all the toxins away from the body. They also lubricates various joints of the body. The important aspect of this fluid is that it does not provide carbohydrates to your body.
- Eggs: Eggs also do not have carbohydrates but they are rich in all other nutrients like protein, tryptophan, choline, amino acids, fat and cholesterol etc. The quantity of carbohydrates is zero in eggs.
- Beef: Beef is the protein of animal which has a number of nutrients except carbohydrates. Beef is rich in Vitamin B, Iron, minerals like zinc and selenium etc. But carbohydrates are zero in quantity. Even the heart of the beef is also carb free.
- Poultry: Poultry includes chicken and turkey. These are rich in protein but do not have any carb in them.
- Fishes: Fishes just like beef are rich in proteins. There are basically three fishes which do not have carb at all. These are salmon, sardines and tuna.
