Acne free diet is the diet which can help in healing the prevailing acne. Such diet also prevent the skin from getting any further of it. Although there is a debate that any kind of diet can cure acne. But there are many fact which proof that what ever you eat will have the direct impact on the skin.
Description Of Acne Free Diet:
Some of the things which must be taken as the part of acne free diet are mentioned below:
- Fibers are very beneficial for the body. They cleanse the colon and also remove the toxins before they reach the skin. Thus, make a point of taking 3- 4 grams of fiber each day.
- Low fat diet is recommended as high fat can elevate the levels of the hormone in the body and can result in blemishes on the skin.
- Peanuts can be avoided as they are found to be the activator of acne.
- Similarly intake of fried foods can also be avoided as they result outbreaks of acne.
- Intake of salt must also be limited as it can prove acne on the skin.
- Snacks having high salt content must be avoided like chips, canned foods, lunch meats, popcorn etc.
- Dairy products such as milk, cheese, ice creams etc. must be avoided.
- Processed carbohydrates like soda, candies, baked goods must be avoided as they raise the insulin content in the body.
Minerals Which Prevent Acne:
Minerals which can prevent acne are:
- Zinc
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin A
- Omega 3 fatty acid
- Selenium
- Chromium
All the above mentioned minerals are very beneficial for preventing and curing acne. So, make sure that the foods having these as constituents must be taken on a regular basis and in a large quantity.
