- Half cup of fruit juice and one-quarter cup of dried fruit taken 4 to 5 times a day.
- 2-3 servings per day of one cup milk or yogurt or cheese.They are rich sources of protein and calcium.
- One serving of 2.5 oz (75 g) lean meat along with skinless poultry twice a day.
