    The information about bowel obstruction is completely wrong. High Fibre diet will actually cause an obstruction and can be very dangerous.

    please let me know what I SHOUDL EASE AND NOT EAT I have been in the hopital 3 times in one month in a month and I ahave lost 18 pounds too. What should I eat that what hurt me
