A weekly diet plan help individual to have limited number of calories in each meal taken. This help in reducing weight and also keeping them fit and healthy. While preparing a diet plan it must be kept in mind that it carries all the nutritional value in it. A diet plan must carry those items which are liked by individual himself but they must be so adjusted that they fulfill the required calorie need of the day. Some of such plans are discussed below:
Diet Plan For Starting Week:
Calorie range: 1200 – 1650

Diet Meal Plan 3:
Calorie intake: 1550-1990
Thus, in a similar manner one can prepare his/her own diet plan for the whole week. But remember to include the foods you like and pay attention to the calorie intake.
