It is generally believed that diet does not have any affect on prevention or management of Alzheimer’s disease. However, some dietary measures can be helpful. Here are some of them.

    You have left out some very important food details
    Re types of pasta (should be whole grain, lowest sodium & sugar type available), the “right” potatoes (some are very high on starch, turns to sugar** very bad!),
    Anti oxidants are a must, not might be, & feed them digestive enzymes (their digestive systems are weakening)
