Holidays are the best times when you come across meeting all your friends and relatives. Not just that, holidays also make you gain pounds because you eat a lot. When everyone is having fun and eating and drinking a lot, it’s difficult for you to resist your temptation. Yes, we agree. - Know the foods that add a lot of weight like – nuts, cheese, butter, gravy, etc. Stay away from them.
